Our standards for accuracy, privacy and fair marketing.
How we write
Our articles explain home health rules and practical steps in plain language. Each article is based on primary sources such as federal regulations, Medicare.gov, CMS guidance and Texas Health and Human Services rules, and links to them so readers can check the original.
What we do not publish
- Patient stories, photos or details without written authorization under HIPAA.
- Testimonials, ratings or awards we cannot verify.
- Promises about outcomes, coverage decisions or start-of-care times.
- Offers of gifts, free items or anything of value to patients or referral sources, consistent with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and beneficiary inducement rules.
Review and updates
Each article shows the date it was last reviewed. We review articles when rules change and at least once a year. If you find an error, email us and we will correct it.
